It has been a busy couple of weeks here at ADSL. We have had the opportunity to partner with some amazing organizations dedicated to service and transforming the lives of the many people in our neighborhoods. On April 15 & 22, the Martin Richard Foundation and WHDH Channel 7, along with reporters Brandon Gunnoe and Tim Caputo(pictured here)joined ADSL for a day of service where they organized our storage room for athletic equipment in preparation for our basketball and baseball programs starting in the next few weeks. The following weekend MR8 was back at it painting planting flowers in our newly constructed raised beds. |

On April 28, Lewis Family Foundation and the Kensington Investment Company Inc., spent a day of service painting the inside our building and renovating our multi-purpose room, supplying a completely new kitchenette area stocked with supplies. The highlight of this day of service was the dedication of our "Manny Room," named after Firefighter Manuel De Valle Jr, son of our Board president, Peter Moyer, who gave his life saving others at the Twin Towers on September 11th. |

| It's almost that time of year again! Family Fun Day will be held on May 19, 2018 12 PM- 5 PM. There will be food, music, games, vendors, and community organizations. This is a great opportunity to come out and register for our year round programs and get more information about your community resources. You dont want to miss it! |

Our Summer Enrichment Program is a resource that provides kids with the opportunity to stay active and engaged in a fun environment while school is in summer recess. The program includes a free lunch each day, a free snack each day, weekly field trips (transportation provided), and job training opportunities (Age group 11-13).
